Election Results

Yesterday, we not only made history nationally, but we made history right here in New York. Last night Democrats took control of the Republican controlled NYS Senate for the first time in 40 years. Aiding the flip were wins by Brian Foley in Long Island & Joe Addabbo in Queens, taking out Republican incumbents. The Foley race wasn't that close, being that 2-1 Long Islanders voted for Obama.

Even upstate, Congressional Democrats easily held off republicans with wins by John Hall & Nita Lowey to name a few...

So what does this all mean? Only time will tell, but the Daily News thinks the Yankees will win another World Series now that Senator Obama has been elected President.
