The LA Times gives an in depth look at the lawsuit filed by Jdimytai Damour's family, the Real Estate firm 'Vornado' was named in the suit.

BJ's Wholesale Club continues to gain. Wal-Mart sales also were up. Both retailers continue to make money in this economy
