All members from Dan's Key Food and Pick Quick Key Food may vote at any of the following locations:

• UFCW Local 1500: 425 Merrick Ave
• Adria Hotel: 220-33 Northern Blvd. Bayside, NY 11361
• NY Marriott at Brooklyn Bridge: 333 Adams St. Brooklyn, NY 11201
• Amalgamated Transit Union Hall: 3948 Amboy Rd. Staten Island, NY 10308

Voting will also take place at the following stores:
