Representatives of the UFCW, UFCW Local Unions, and A&P met today. The Company reviewed the bankruptcy process to date and the sales process. Union representatives strongly emphasized the importance of the Union being fully involved in the sales process, including receiving relevant information and data on the sales process as it goes forward.
Meetings are scheduled between the financial advisers for the Union and the Company. Further discussions between the UFCW, UFCW local unions, and the Company will take place next Wednesday.
