Message to UFCW Members:
Representatives
of the UFCW International and UFCW Local Unions met today with
representatives of the Company to discuss critical issues in the
bankruptcy. These issues included the sales process and our members’
rights and protections under the CBAs.
The parties will continue their discussions on Tuesday.
