Dear Stop & Shop member,
It has come to Local 1500’s attention that there have been some considerable changes in scheduling and that these changes pose a problem for many of our members. During multiple conference calls this week, your Company explained the new ‘late-night’ schedule has already been established and expects Local 1500 members to work even later than previously expected.

During multiple conference calls this week, your Company explained the new ‘late-night’ schedule has already been established and expects Local 1500 members to work even later than previously expected.
We are in the
process of grieving these unilateral changes to your working conditions
with your company and want every Stop & Shop member to know that LOCAL 1500 IS NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH THE NEW LATE NIGHT SCHEDULE. We are working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, and expect your full support during this process.
If you have a hardship caused by your new schedule, please contact your Union Rep ASAP, so that they can contact Stop & Shop and file individual grievances with specifics as well.
